Our journey began with a simple belief: real desi ghee should be made the traditional way, with patience, care, and natural ingredients. In today’s fast-moving world, where most products are mass-produced, we chose to preserve the authenticity of ancient Indian dairy traditions.
We proudly care for our own cows, raised in a natural and healthy environment with proper nutrition and attention. By maintaining our own cattle and dairy process, we ensure complete quality and purity from the very beginning.
Our ghee is prepared using the traditional Bilona Process, an age-old method known for producing rich, aromatic, and nutrient-preserving desi ghee. Fresh curd is slowly hand-churned to obtain makkhan (butter), which is then gently heated in small batches to create pure golden ghee with its original aroma, texture, and nutritional value intact.
